No, we provide yoga mats and sanitise them after each session. You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we cannot guarantee it won't get chewed by a playful puppy!

Any comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is suitable. This can be sportswear, yoga wear, Pilates wear, etc. Shoes are removed upon entering the studio.

Yes, our sessions are perfect for beginners!

Our Puppy Yoga sessions begin with 20-25 minutes of easy-going, beginners level yoga to give you an amazing full body stretch and to calm your mind.

All puppies that join us belong to owners and breeders that aim to give their pups the best start in life. The puppies attend Puppy Yoga Club London’s sessions and get to meet new people in a new environment giving them the best confidence boost they need.

These sessions allow puppies to interact with new people in a safe environment and adapt to them, which in turn reduces their anxiety when they move to their new homes.

Our puppies come from owners and breeders who recognise the benefits of socialisation and want their puppies to be socialised before they go to their new homes. The puppies, aged 6 to 13 weeks, come from loving homes where they are cared for until they are ready to join their new families. You might even meet your furry soulmate at our sessions and decide to give them a forever home!

We aim to have different breeds join us for our sessions to allow our attendees to meet a variety of breeds. We normally have a different litter each week.

Yes, some puppies may be available for purchase after meeting them at the sessions if the breeder is selling them. We can help you contact the breeder.

Participants must be at least 8 years old to attend Puppy Yoga Club London’s sessions.

Children aged 8-14 must be accompanied by one adult per child.

Bookings are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your booking to another date if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
